• Check in: 15:00
• Check out: Until 11.00
• Late check-out may be requested, subject to availability, for an additional fee equivalent to half of the daily rental rate
• We welcome guests over 14 years old
• Guests between 14 and 18 years old can only check in with a parent or official guardian
• Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa
• Pets are not allowed
• Smoking is not allowed
• Parties/events are not allowed

Cancellation policy applied from October through March, with the exception of public holidays

• For cancellations up to 2 days prior to arrival no fees apply
• For cancellations later, the 50% of total cost will be charged
•  In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee

• For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival no fees apply
• For cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged
• In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee

Non-refundable

For rates designated as 'Non-refundable,' full prepayment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable, and the booking cannot be modified.Prepayment is processed using the credit or debit card provided at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival, the prepaid amount will be forfeited.
